Clearly, I haven't been doing anything good for myself. Or, perhaps, I've been <i>too</i> good to myself lately!

Just under a year away from FatSecret and look what's going on...weigh gain!

I know I've haven't been watching what I eat, and I haven't been exercising regularly. The only good thing I've been doing with myself is going to work and riding my bike. That's pretty much it.

So, time to get myself back! I was in the 160s for a long time. I'm trying to get back there again.

I've got to watch what I'm eating and remember to push myself when I'm exercising.

Now is the time to get back on track!
