i'm stop diet,because i'm pregnant 5weeks.wish me luck all
69.1 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep your eye on what you are eating and you might want to continue to record it anyway. It is a good thing to know during your pregnancy and good to keep track of the things you are doing to keep on the right track.🙋🏻

I agree with Smprowett. Great advice. I think recording everything is still the best way to keep us aware of what we're putting in our bodies.
