Running again. Going to dial it back and only do it when I'm fully recovered from the previous run. I may have simply been overdoing it before. So far so good.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Looked into using glucosamine but it's hard to tell if it actually does any good. After a couple weeks off my knees aren't bothering me anymore. We'll see how it goes.

Yeah, I can't imagine it would hurt to give it a shot. You could also look to use some weights to help build up the muscles around your knee to support them better. That could help them out too! Keep it up!
