So late last night I broke my fast, after 76 hours. Ate a few chicken wings and went to sleep. I gained some weight back but I'm OK with that. I'm sure it will balance off with time. I have a 5k competition on the 2nd to sep and after that I want to get myself ready for a long fast. I was thinking about 20 days, I'll take a break from running during that time...
