1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, 1 tsp. instant coffee, 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 16.9 fl.oz. water, ice)

56.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
