Back to Work...

After injuring my foot, then suffering from a concussion, I was pretty discouraged. I stayed on my diet and I moved when I could but it wasn't until this weekend I was able to do a moderate hike with little discomfort and swelling on my ankle and foot. I figured I would have climbed a few pounds up but when I weighed in this morning, I was shocked. When I first read 261, I panicked and thought I had jumped back up to 271 and was upset because I never wanted to see the 270's again. But I did a double take and saw I had actually lost weight. Two weeks of set backs and limited activities, and I still lost. Yay me! LOL
118.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
