So yesterday must have been an April fools joke by my scale... Guess that just reinforces my philosophy of not weighing in on the weekends... Lol... For reals though I definitely didn't get enough water. So we will just see where things go. 30 days until my goal date...
102.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
