Over the next two weeks I really need to concentrate on getting back into shape. Softball begins and I would like to be in shape before the season actually starts for once. Also, hopefully weight loss will naturally follow. The biggest challenge I have is the work schedule. With it being slightly 'regular' at least in the sense of consistent, it should get easier.
