I'm back. It's been 135 days since my last weigh-in, and wow. I've gained 9.5 pounds. If that's not the best reason ever to stay on WW ALL THE TIME, I don't know what is.
I just can't maintain a healthy weight without constant vigilance. I'm a bit shocked at how easily I've gained all this weight. I don't sit down and gorge. I don't eat a bunch of junk. I just eat a little too much, steadily. (Darn that skinny husband who can eat whatever he wants--I have to be better about NOT using him as a gauge for how much I can eat!)
Here's to a fresh beginning on Jan 14!
