Woohoo! You are at the >25 mark. What are you going to do for yourself as a reward? Mani/pedi? New sunglasses? Movie date night (no popcorn)? Only a few bumps in the road. You really are doing good.

I posted it on facebook - lol. Most of my friends on there have known me forever and know what a huge struggle weight loss has been for me. All the "congrats" and support from them was reward enough. I got to work after reading them the next morning and someone actually told me I was "glowing" lol. It felt awfully good...
