I started Eat To Live diet yesterday. My good friend has been doing it for a long long time and lost a crap load of weight and she NEVER worksout. im doing it as more of a cleanse for my system and a jumpstart. i miss salt. A LOT. i wa 198.8 yesterday and im down 2.2. we will see hwo the rest of the week goes.
