Wasn't able to weight I last week, I was away and they don't have scales in the hotels..... if they did, the bars and restaurants wouldn't make any money from people not enjoying themselves. LOL
So now I am back on track,
I gained approx. 5 pounds while away and by doing the 500 cal fast I have now lost 2 since Monday. :) the weekend will be the big challenge though.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
