yuck, did horrible for a week. had a vacation with my family. had a blast and worked out still, but I ate everything in site. olive garden and I have a love hate relationship. same with red lobster. but all in all, I am back on track. still got my 5 miles in on elliptical woohoo. just gotta start back up. already did my workout for the day. new week for the new me!!!!!
