I run nearly everyday for 5 to 15 miles, I am over 50 years old and even with the running and some wieght training my body still hold onto that fat around my mid section and on my neck, I know some of it is skin left over from losing 124 pnds, (I did weigh 310 pnds +or- 20 pnds, more + then -) I am a vegan so I do not know what in my diet I shoild change, maybe it is just having this old body, I do not know, I have read and heard some things about to much cardio work, anyone have any ideas ?
