I was getting a little frustrated because I wasn't really losing but looks like I'm back on track. I just have to try and remember I'm in it for the long haul.
Thursday I went to Bally's for Discovery's National Body Challenge. The guy there gave me a crazy workout. There were a couple of times I almost fell because my legs were so tired. Meanwhile, I promised someone else that I would workout 5 days in a row. I'm not sure what exercises to do because my legs just feel terrible. They are just in a permanent state of hurt. But today is the last of 5 days so I guess I'll just get creative. Any suggestions?
And last note, I'm proud of myself. Friday I went out to a couple of bars with friends and despite the numerous attempts at peer pressure did not drink. YAY! That was really hard.
