Frustrated.... I should be glad for the weight loss but it's not what I expected after working my butt off this week.
181.9 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 91.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It's a great loss. You will have weeks of small loss's, big ones, no loss and gains. It's all a part of the journey. Things you do this week may not show up till next week or later. Weight loss is cumulative. It's what you do over a period of time that counts. You are doing great.

Thanks! I am feeling better about it. It's just hard to see those numbers not being where I want them.

Great job so far! I understand. It's very frustrating when you work real hard with the exercise, eat perfectly and don't see the results you expected. The good news is that when you keep at it, you see a big drop (in either weight OR size) out of the blue. Sometimes the scale is not a friend, so look at how your cloths fit. I wear baggy type clothes (sweat pants, t-shirt) and just noticed that they are looser so something is happening. Grab a 50lb bag of flour and lift it up and carry it for a while. That's what you have lost so far. Keep it up!!
