I'm back to work now - trotting the high heals up and down the stairs must be helping!

83.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 18.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.7 kg a Week

Wow, I just noticed how much you have lost! Congrats! Work may help, just keep some snacks nearby for if you have any weak moments.
