Amazing what a difference recording food makes! I've done Atkins before and kind of mentally calculated carbs. It turned out that things like powdered creamer and even just the few carbs in some of the vegetables I was eating were busting my carb intake. And I keep re-reading the plan to refresh my memory which helped a lot.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
