K...so I didn't lose even a whole pound, but I did have to go buy new jeans yesterday...and I fit into a size 16! So that made me happy and lifted my spirits. I have been pretty down about not losing the weight I want to. It couldn't have come at a better time!
96.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
