Been eating like crazy lately. I have no idea how to control my appetite. It's either nonexistent or it's too present. And it's not just appetite; it's genuine insatiable hunger. I'll eat and I'll be satisfied for an hour or two tops. Then it's back to hunger pangs. Coming back here because if I can't control my appetite, I need to at least keep track of what I eat.
