Note to self. After last weeks 2 day spa holiday binge (alcohol was involved in the enjoyment).... Now with a close watching of what went in my mouth...no cheating, much 😉 I'm back where I was before the trip. 😃 with low carb diet and a 2 day less than 500 cal.incorporated into the week. Now to survive the weekend before a holiday trip coming up in 5 days...... I must stay on track. Wish me luck, Let's see if I can reach the elusive milestone goal of 127....Focus is what will get me through the weekend I hope.
