well so much for minimum cal intake today .. wife's birthday. . had to indulge (over ) i made her some mocha fudge Brownies ... omg they are from the devil .. good thing this week is cardio death week ....
102.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
