eating about 2900kcal~ on a daily basis,
Training 5xweek
Cardio twice a day one session 45 minutes and the other one 30. ( except for leg day when i do only 45 minutes)
Using Clenbuterol for fatloss purpose.
89 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
