Back on track this week. Walked the dog!!! Really trying to keep it up. Lots of people around me started when I did and have LOST a visable amount of weight. I really want that to be me and the only way to do that is to STAY ON TRACK!!!!!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
