yo yo ing between 68.0 - 67 what do I need to do to loose more any any ideas?
67.1 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

During the month of fasting I managed to drop a bit of weight so maybe have a go at fasting? I've realised from this community it's actually a thing people do for health reasons too!

sound hard when can you eat ?? can you tell me more about it I've done a 3day fast before I ate nothing then started on veg but it was difficult

So it lasted a whole month and fasts start before sunrise and we break after sunset so in the UK this year hours were quite long! But the body gets used to it. We eat a meal after sunset then another before sunrise - then no food or water until we break fast. But I would suggest to do fewer hours if you want to have a go as your body wouldn't be used to it most likely!

Another thing I've seen works is drinking hot water with cinnamon and honey a teaspoon of both in a tea mug of water and it really helps with metabolism I feel!
