Screwed up. I seem to be yo-yoing this whole week. Pretty upset.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

look at the picture.... its like the stock market... it fluctuate weekly... if you watch the numbers you will go crazy !! same with the weight... eat right, drink lots of water and exercise the body will do the rest. Hang in there you will be fine :)

Thank you....I think I'm just disappointed that I couldn't lose as much weight as I did the first day; but you're right. I shouldn't keep looking at the numbers everyday.
