Up a few from Indulgence day. No biggie!
I need to straighten out today though. Last night made AMAZING buffalo wings and tater tots. I have 3 teenage boys spending the night, so there was virtually no risk of leftovers, or me eating too much, lol. I did have 2 servings of tater tots, and about 15 wings @ 35 cal each. So I counted it. No big deal then right. They were truly amazing, I glazed them with the hot sauce and put them in the oven as I made more batches, and they came out "pro". They were not minging!
This AM I made the boys breakfast (I want to say breaky, like a brit). We had scrambled eggs, sausage, and 2 biscuits each. I need to log that too, but its not an uncustomary large breakfast for the weekend. It was special. Now we are off to the mall.
Also, before breakfast I did my power walk! 51 minutes, and 2.59 miles, which is the best I have done post injury! I also had a pace of 3 MPH, also good. There was pain starting out, but once I got into a groove it was no problem. It was there, but negligible. The weather is great, it is very windy though.
