I am getting used to these lows on Thursdays. 234.6, below 235 for the 1st time in a long time, and hopefully I can make my goal of 230 by the end of the month! Next week I am going hardcore!
Yesterday was a good day. Workmates are very passive aggressive about asking me to join them going out to eat, and I just said yes! In a way just to do it, plus our food area has been overly crowded with visitors anyway. I got a grilled chicken sandwich, and veggies on the side. I tore off as much as the bun as possible, which was probably about half of it. It was a good sandwich. I have 1 wing, 1 chicken finger, and 2 onion rings from their sampler platter. Dinner was a lite wrap with chicken and a slice of cheese. I need to enter my foods, lol. I think I did try last night from my phone, to no avail.
I am thinking of treating myself to a new phone (Samsung Galaxy II) to replace my nexus one. My wife recently got a mid-range Samsung Ace, and I am really impressed with it. The Galaxy SII gets really good reviews. I know the S III is coming soon, but for about a year it will have early adopter pricing. Hmmm... I did get a small bonus from work too, not even enough for a phone, maybe enough for half a phone, lol. I cant really complain about money I wasn't expecting, but it was a small bonus considering my salary.
Anyway, today I have evil dieting plans. Son is having a sleepover, and we are breaking out the deep fryer!! Wings & Tots!!! So Today is my cheat day this week. And at least half of tomorrow. Fear not my friends, I know what I am doing, lol. Famous last words.
