I have not weighed in for 5 weeks. I have tried to follow my food plan reasonably well but lost very little then gained back.
This past Monday, June 19th, I started a cleanse working on the Beyond Diet plan. The cleanse is for 9 days eating certain foods and not by liquid "cleanse" or pill form of a "cleanse."
It has been hard at times - the cravings! But I have stuck with it 100% and after the cleanse I go on the next step - the 14 days of supercharged meal plans - to lose more weight. I'm excited.
