Still holding steady, which is okay because I feel stronger and like I'm making better choices with food and drink. I'm sticking with Phase I because I've slacked a bit in the weekends and want to try and offset the wine and desserts with more discipline during the week.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
