Amazed to lose almost 6 pounds in just over a week - and this isn't through crash-dieting or missing meals.
But I have been down this road before over the last 3 years - the key thing is keeping the weight off permanently rather than yo-yoing. But for now I'm happy watching the calories, doing some mild exercise every day, and not giving in to snacking. It also makes a difference having dinner slightly earlier in the evening - 6pm rather than post 7:30. Just means more calories get burnt while active prior to going to bed.
Am hoping for single pound figures in the next week or so - just a psychological thing really. 14st is better than 15st, and 9 pounds is better than 11. So 14st 9, is the target.
But for now I have just had a treat - a White Magnum :)
