Back down to my lowest weight again. I have been making my own rules on dieting as I go along. I'm getting leaner but not losing weight as fast as I was when I first started low carb. To keep my body guessing I'm gong to shock my system for the next 2-3 days with lower cals and carbs. Then continue to maintain my 100 gram limit. I'm very happy with my progress so far. My stomach skin is really lose and I would love to get a tummy tuck to finish off this transformation. I think it would be like 6000 dollars. I'm not sure if insurance would cover some thing like that. I doubt it.. I'm thinking it would be best to wait it out until I'm down to the weight I want to be at. My stomach is still shrinking so maybe it wont be much or even worth it when I'm done.
My exercise that I invented is the called the "Elliptical One Arm Bandits" lol. I have been doing them ever cardio work out and I love it, pushing my self with higher resistance is exhausting. I feel like I'm in the insanity commercial.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 51.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
