I started my diet on March 29, 2012. I feel like this will be a good time for me to try and do something to get in better shape and take charge of my health (cancer) I would like to lose at least 20lbs by April 1st this will be my 3rd year anniversary of being cancer free and since my operations I have gained all of this !!!!

Still going strong, I have not jumped on the scale but I can tell the difference in my pants size. YES, I just hope I can keep it up!
