losing weight slowly . I range between 110 -112 im at the correct bmi now for my small frame yay!!!!! now I want to maintain and build back muscle i lost from illness :)
50.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
