egg whites, turkey bacon, chicken breast-grilled, hot sauce, pickles, sugar free jello with a little whipped cream, shrimp. Stuff like that...I am working on new foods to eat :)

Well best of luck to you. Don't get me wrong, I am not doubting that it will or will not work. It just seems so extreme going low on all of those.
