So, I indulged last nite but I don't think I did to bad for only putting on 1lbs. Today I will get back on track & keep going. I can do this, I am successful.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
