Still not working out because of my legs, going in to doctor tomorrow. I have been assembling a home gym and I got parts for my bicycle which I hadn't rode for over a decade. The tires didn't look dry rotted but the rear started cracking, the front is still ok. I will have to tear down the bike and lube all the moving parts. At least I still have all the lights and they are working. I also got some knee sleeves I meant to wear while cycling, but they reduce my leg pain to the point where I wore them at work all day yesterday. Still eating salads around eight cups total throughout the day.
