Up a little today to 240.2. /sadface
I was not really good yesterday, and i need to log my food. I ate dinner at school. Yesterday was hectic, with trips to the embassy, and school at night. Luckily I was off work already.
Also had my 1st physical therapy. I got a very nice massage of my scar and tendon that felt really good. Then I got a shock thingy on it, and finally rode the bike for 10 minutes. It was a short workout. I go back three times a week for the same routine. I can also start walking more. My leg gets sore at night after using it a lot, and they said that is normal and to elevate and ice if necessary.
Lunch was mini sandwiches yesterday, had a few snacks before class, and then a chicken wrap while at school. I guess I didnt do too badly. Had a chip or two here or there while the kids were eating them, oh, and some Blue Cheese and Buffalo Wing Combo's. They were horrid, just tasted like salt and chemicals, not at all like they should have tasted. More and more lately, seemingly "good" junk foods just taste like crap to me. I am also noticing while watching people eat crappy food at school that it just looks like sh*t.
