Hey it was Christmas and I had to make it through 2 Christmas dinners. Gaining only 1.4 lbs is pretty darn good I think.

107.3 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg. Still to go: 34.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
