Been very stable at 154 this week, but when the scale doesn't change much then I don't always remember to record a weight entry here.
Still continuing to eat well, to include a range of small treats, and to struggle a little bit with urges to eat at late night (but I think I prefer to leave a calorie buffer and eat whenever I want to, rather than battle the point with myself)
I don't seem to be interested in recording my foods at the moment, and as the scales tell me all is fine then lets say for now that I don't need to.
To all my buddies, I also don't seem to be very able to keep up with everyone's posts, so just a bit of love out to you all, and best wishes with all your journeys and please don't take it personally if I'm missing out on commenting your posts, it's just that I'm - well I can't even explain it - communication-impaired? communication-depleted? something like that, communication-submerged? - but I'll be more talkative later.. oh that's it! I'm not very talkative at the moment. x x x
