Need to tighten up my diet and I will get faster results. I've found a new product line that may have promise. Walden Farms brand. They are calorie free and carb free.
107.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 39.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
