ini msh 5hari.. ayo audry semangat diet mayo aja.. cm 14hri doank kok.. ada menu nya jg jd gk sembarang di makan. ini aq krng 9hri lagi.. 14hari klo konsisten mkn sesuai diet mayo bs turun 6kg smpe 8 kg.. lumayan kan..
