Did P.A.P. Lower today for the first time. Definitely a fan of this one; but I feel it could be harder. That means I just need to work harder and increase the weight I'm using on the weighted exercises.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
