Although I should be happy, i have been eating poorly and not gaining. I did stay at my RDI yesterday, and that is a good thing. I am breaking out of this funk. I was in a crappy mood, and a lot of stuff broke at work to keep me busy. Now I am on the hind end of this, and getting the stuff fixed. Whew! Still not much time to journal today.
I have been doing without the boot for the past day or two, and it is probably a bit too early. I will wear it again when I am out of the house and going around in public or work. My foot hurt yesterday pretty bad. It did when I wore the boot too on long days. I go back to Dr. on Sunday to get assessed and move into physio, so that is all good.
4 day weekend this week, yay presidents day!
Let me be grateful for a few things. Long weekends its my Friday! Yay middle east! My Wife and kids kitty puss My friends at work fatsecret.
