So disappointed. This week nothing off plan. And going to exercise everyday. I have a trip coming up in 13 days, I had hoped to enjoy myself and go off plan a little.....arrggghhh
88.1 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

have a good vacation & remember the 80/20 rule. Eat 80% good, and 20% bad while on vacation. It's waay better than eating 100% bad.
