So no excuses for being a slacker.... However, I started working and some things went to the back burner.. So with 2 weeks off at Xmas I was quite the slug.. Then got sick so even tho I hit my goal I was unfortunate to find 10 of the pounds I lost... So with the new year, a gym membership, and a goal of 210 by may 1st it's time to rock and roll
