Been out for dinner a few times this week, very, very busy with work, Tony off to Darwin for a few days and I just took my eye off the prize. Eating has been waaaay off track, culminating in a farewell meal at Sizzler with James and Sarah and getting sick with a cold. Back on track now, and going to track my calories- limit 1500, though Donal wants us to both do 1200. The MFS app says I can lose weight on 2200.

Disappointed in myself and Donal disappointed, as I weighed in again at 104- no weight loss from first visit :( Tony was 3kg lighter, which I suppose is marginally better than my nothing.

I will do better at my next weigh-in. Aiming for 6kg in 4 weeks. Will increase exercise to 1 skate and 3 x 1 hour walks each week.
104 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 4.5 kg a Week
