as much of the head games I play with myself, I'm winning..over the last week I have lost 3.3 pounds of the 5 I had gained over the holidays now if my body would stop telling my head it needs sweets u would feel so much better. I am definitely all smiles today over the weight I have lost.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
