Whooo Hoooo! That means I have met my first 10% Goal and it's time to set another one.
New goal: Lose 21lbs by 05/17/2010

I have now lost a total of...wait for it...27lbs since 12/29/2009. Doin' the happy dance!

I'm also setting a goal to be under 200lbs by the 5th of April. That's 8 lbs in five weeks. I think I can do that.

So all in all, a great week. There's a new photo from Saturday night. Someone finally said, "Hey, you look great. I can tell you're losing weight." can't believe it took 25lbs for someone to notice, but at least they noticed. :)
94.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
