Awesome, back to where I was, and almost a new low, which is good! 241.4
I wont beat myself up about the gain, or delay in my plans. I set a goal to be below 230 by Mar 31st. Not a very lofty goal, but I do have concerns. I have not been that light since "I dont know when", hehe. I just have to buckle down, quit cheating the diet, lay off the beers, and I think it will go fine.
Yesterday went nicely, because of the SuperBowl we had a half day work. Since I don't watch the game, I came to work early to provide coverage, and went home at lunchtime. Ate lunch with my wife. My new-found mobility sans crutches allows me a few more food choices, so I had Chicken Terriyaki and rice. Only ate about half my rice. For dinner, lemon-garlic chicken (came out bad this time), and brown rice with veggies. No snack, even though I was hungry after school.
At my biology class OMG! The guy on my left at TWO MEALS next to me, the first being junk food (Chicken and fries), and about an hour later a full dinner (Roast, Greens, Potatoes). My co-workers had chicken fingers, and a humungous serving of nasty greasy onion rings. I was so pissed, but what can you do, hehe. At that time I realized I am like a reformed smoker. But being surrounded by people chowing down in class is pretty screwed up (Especially when your hungry).
